The agreement
These terms are between you and Chirpi, SASU, 229 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. By using the app or this website, you accept them. The privacy page explains what we do with your data.
What Chirpi is, and isn't
Chirpi is a companion for reflection and everyday wellbeing: check-ins, goals and small steps, guided practices, meditations and a journal, with an AI that remembers what matters to you.
- It is not a medical service and not a substitute for professional care.
- It does not diagnose any condition.
- It is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
Answers written by AI
Chirpi's answers are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of place. Use your own judgement, and never rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google, and you must be at least 15 years old. Keep your phone and your sign-in to yourself: anyone who has them can open your account.
The free week and subscriptions
The first seven days are free, with no card. After that, Chirpi is a monthly or yearly subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown there. The store takes the payment, renews it, and handles cancellations and refunds under its own rules.
You can cancel at any time in your store account. The subscription then runs until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Your words
What you write stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Chirpi to you, as the privacy page describes. We never publish it, sell it or use it to train any model.
Using Chirpi fairly
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.
- Don't use Chirpi to harm anyone, or to write content that harasses, threatens or exploits other people.
- Don't try to break, overload or take apart the service, or to reach other people's data.
- Don't resell or copy Chirpi, its content or its recordings.
Changes and availability
We improve Chirpi often, so features change. We do our best to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time, with one tap in Settings. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your store account too.
Responsibility
We build Chirpi with care, and provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on what Chirpi says. Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Law and disagreements
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@chirpi.care; most things are settled that way. You can also contact the consumer mediator CM2C (cm2c.net), free of charge.
